Virtual registration provides access to the electronic version of the conference proceedings. Virtual participants can also submit virtual presentations for refereeing and publication in the conference proceedings, published in electronic and print formats. Papers may be submitted for publication at any time before the conference, and up until one calendar month after the closing date of the conference.
